Description of Requirement: Design-Bid-Build (DBB) services for the replacement of windows at the Sioux Falls Federal Courthouse in Sioux Falls, SD. This project will replace window units while incorporating Low Embodied Carbon (LEC) fixed glazing. Window glazing shall meet the requirements for low embodied carbon as defined in the Inflation Reduction Act of 2023 and the U.S. General services Administration Inflation Reduction Act Low Embodied Carbon Glass Requirements, Dated December 12, 2023.
