Bruce Feirtag is a Senior Procurement Counselor and brings nearly 30 years of Federal government contracting experience to APEX.  Having served as a contracting officer and procurement analyst, he awarded contracts for a variety of supplies and services, administered and provided guidance on an array of contracting policies, and implemented and maintained purchasing systems.
