About
Tom Fuller is a Senior Procurement Counselor in the Colorado Springs (Headquarters) office of the Colorado Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC). Mr. Fuller has extensive experience in multiple agencies including National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Defense Mapping Agency, Naval Air Systems Command, US Army Corps of Engineers, Defense Health Agency (formerly OChampus/TRICARE), and US Forest Service.
Tom has been a warranted Contracting Officer, is FAC-C Level III certified, and has lead Formal Source Selections, Negotiations and Proposal Evaluation teams. Tom is also a VA Certified Verification Counselor. Tom’s experience in multiple agencies encompasses a broad range of acquisition types, which enables him to advise small business clients in all aspects of government procurement.
