Patrick was working in a Western New York county economic development department when he began his Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) career. From Western New York, he accepted a temporary PTAC assignment in the Northern Mariana Islands, followed by a move to the Colorado APEX Accelerator program. He lives in Colorado Springs, enjoying his surroundings and the great people of Colorado.
