Jim Kidd is a Senior Procurement Counselor with the Grand Junction office of the Colorado Procurement Assistance Center (PTAC). Mr. Kidd is a U.S. Army Veteran with over 16 years owning and managing multiple businesses, including Federal (DOD) projects.
Prior to joining Colorado PTAC, Mr. Kidd served as the Small Business Development Center Director for the Colorado Western-slope area, and managed large portfolios of 8(a) companies at the local, state and federal levels. Mr. Kidd’s engineering background enables him to understand and provide advice on technical issues and topics. He is FAC-C Level II certified, and is a VA Certified Verification Counselor.
