Ida Marino
Ida Marino is a new member (As of March 2025) of Colorado APEX and she is located in Pueblo, Colorado serving Southern Colorado. Ida is a retired USDA Forest Service Contracting Officer. Her extensive experience spans over 40 years at the USDA Forest Service, Pike & San Isabel National Forests, Cimarron and Comanche National Grasslands and the Rocky Mountain Region. Ida’s extensive experience and knowledge enables her to advise small business clients in all aspects of government procurement.
About
Jeff Holwell is the Director of Economic Development and Public Affairs with the City of Lone Tree,
Colorado.
Jeff has served in a variety of economic development roles throughout his 25 year career in the Metro
Denver region, including Director of Business Development with the Colorado Office of Economic
Development and Chief Operating Officer with the South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce. In his
role at the City of Lone Tree he is focused on legislative advocacy, transit & mobility, retail attraction,
land development, and business recruitment for a growing, transit-oriented, and vibrant community in
the southeast Denver corridor.
Within the community, Jeff serves on the Board of Directors of the Colorado APEX Accelerator and on
the Board of Directors of the South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce.
A Colorado native and University of Colorado graduate (B.A. & M.P.A.), Jeff and his family live in
Greenwood Village.
